WinFBE 1.6.8 - Sticky Explorer Window Resize

Hi Paul,
When resizing the Explorer window with a Code page open (not a designer form) the mouse pointer will sometimes stick to the right edge of the Explorer window and will only release the resizing action with a double left click. Interestingly while the mouse pointer is stuck the arrow becomes a right pointer and when the required double left mouse click is used to release the pointer the code line opposite the mouse pointer gets highlighted.

It is "somewhat" repeatable but hit and miss.

I can only test the 64 bit version as 32 won't run on either of my Windows 10 machines.

Also, I can't duplicate this action in previous versions.
