Windows API Headers v. 1.15

For those that have already downloaded version 1.15 of my Windows API Headers, here is an update of the file Ras.inc.

There were a couple of mistakes in the size of the filler members, that are needed because it uses a packing method not supported by PowerBASIC.

I have installed a copy of Pelles C in my computer to compare the sizes of the structures and make sure this time are correct.

Unzip the attached file and overwrite Ras.inc.
