WinFBE language file translations

I am very close to releasing WinFBE 1.8.8. If you would like an updated version of your native language file included then please download the latest GitHub code and forward the translated .lang file to me and I will be sure to include it in the distribution release for you. Hi José and Joerg,

Could you please post how you would translate "Read Only" into Spanish and German?

I have modified WinFBE to display in the statusbar a red icon and the words "Read Only" whenever a read only file is loaded in the editor. Editing of a read only file is obviously disabled. A beep sounds if you attempt to edit (basically, I am responding to the Scintilla notification SCN_MODIFYATTEMPTRO with MessageBeep(MB_ICONWARNING) )
