In the Find Dialog (and similar on the Replace dialog) it would be great if the enter key forced a find and/or Alt-F on the Find Next button.

Small but productivity suffers.

Right you are. Actually, it looks like that functionality got broken somewhere along the way during the betas because it used to work at some point.
