Some more Functions for your Functions Library

Here are some of my favorite functions. Put them in your fuctions library.

The zip file contains:
  FastFile.inc   a number of very fast WinAPI file manipulation routines
  Julian.inc   fast and compact Julian Date converter
  NumOfDays.inc   computes number of days between two dates
  FileExists.inc   determines if a file exists
  SubDirExists    determine if a sub directory exists
