Menu Statusbar Text

I noticed in the help that it mentions Prompt text in the Menu Editor section as being able to add text to the StatusBar for menu selections...I'm assuming when they are hovered over, etc.  But, I don't see anything about prompt text in the menu editor or a way to designate a section of the statusbar as menu prompts, etc.  The link in that paragraph to go to statusbar goes to a blank page with only a title too.
